2015 OPL PLAYOFFS -- PAGE FORMAT
1 VS. 2 GAME. Sept. 13 at Kitchener: Heritage Heat beat Niagara Falls, 2 to 1.
3 VS. 4 GAME. Sept. 7 at Etobicoke: Torrent defeated Milton Mixed Nuts.
ROUND 2: Sept. 18 at Niagara: Rapids beat the Torrent.
ROUND 3, OPL CUP FINAL: Sept. 26 at Kitchener: Niagara Falls Rapids beat the Heritage Heat to win the first OPL Cup and League Championship.
Niagara Falls Rapids, 2015 OPL Cup Champions
FORMAT: Each match will consist of: One (1) 2 bowl triples game, One (1) three (3) bowl pairs game and One four (4) bowl singles game.
SETS: Games will be sets play. Two sets of 9 ends. If each team wins a set, or both sets are drawn, a best two-out-of-three end tie break will determine the rink winner.
POINTS: The match winner will be the team that wins 2 out of the 3 rinks. Two points will be awarded for a win, 0 points will be awarded for a loss.
OPL REGULAR SEASON: For 2015, each of the 6 Clubs will play 10 Matches in a balanced schedule consisting of five home and five away matches against the five opposition clubs (double round-robin, home-and-away format).TIE BREAKERS: At the end of the season, if two or more teams are tied for the final playoff spot, the ties will be broken by:
a) Number of rink wins
b) Number of straight sets rink wins
d) Number of away wins
e) Tie-breaker game.

OPL CUP: The top 4 teams will qualify for the playoffs. Playoffs will be played using the Page format. The first place team will host the second place team and the third place team will host the fourth place team. The winner of the 1 vs. 2 game advances to the final and will host the final. The loser of the 1 vs. 2 game will host the winner of the 3 vs. 4 game. The winner advances to the final of the OPL Cup.
